I'm not a guru.
I'm a survivor!

I didn’t find my strength in a fancy gym or a fitness manual. I found it when I was at my lowest, weighing 24 stone 10lbs and facing a life of chronic illness. I was a man trapped in a body that didn’t work.

Today, I’m down 13 stone, my diabetes is reversed, and my sciatica is a ghost of the past. But I didn’t get here alone I used simple maths, consistent movement and grit.

Now, I’m building an alliance of everyday heroes who are ready to take their lives back. I’ve done the work; now let’s do it together.

Every great Superhero needs a Sidekick who has their back. I’m training to be yours.

​I’ve already lived my “Origin Story” – going from 24 stone and trapped by chronic illness to 11 stone and finally feeling alive. But I’m not stopping there.

​To help you become the Hero you were born to be, I’m currently in the lab earning my Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing and Personal Training.
