I’m a survivor.
I didn’t find my strength in a fancy gym or a fitness manual. I found it when I was at my lowest, weighing 24 stone 10lbs and facing a life of chronic illness. I was a man trapped in a body that didn’t work.
Today, I’m down 13 stone, my diabetes is reversed, and my sciatica is a ghost of the past. But I didn’t get here alone I used simple maths, consistent movement and grit.
Now, I’m building an alliance of everyday heroes who are ready to take their lives back. I’ve done the work; now let’s do it together.
